Waxing Appointments Pre-Wax
Do not apply lotion, self tanner, body spray, deodorant, or any other topical creams in the area to be waxed.
Hair length ideally is 1/4 to 1/2 inch of growth.
Schedule your wax 2-3 days before beach and sunbathing.
Avoid heat like tanning beds, hot tubs, and saunas.
Exfoliate the area gently 24 hours before waxing to help remove dead skin cells and allow for a cleaner wax.
Wear Loose comfortable clothing to prevent irritation after waxing.
Waxing Appointments Post-Wax
Heightened sensitivity may be experienced in the waxed area for the next 24-48 hours. Avoid heat like tanning, sun bathing, hot tubs, or saunas for 48 hours after treatment.
No hot baths or exercise for at least 2 hours following treatment.
Apply a cold compress to sooth the skin if you experience sensitivity or irritation after your treatment.
Exfoliate every 3rd day post treatment.
If your skin is sensitive body waxing may result in minor breakouts
