Terms and Conditions for Discounts:

  1. Discount Exclusivity:

    • Discounts offered by Sassé Wellness & MedSpa are exclusive and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  2. Membership Exclusion:

    • Platinum and Gold Members of Sassé Wellness & MedSpa are excluded from the discount combination policy. Members may enjoy the benefits of their exclusive membership offers but cannot combine them with other discounts.

  3. Discount Applicability:

    • Discounts apply only to the regular price of eligible products or services as specified by Sassé Wellness & MedSpa. They are not applicable to tips, taxes, shipping fees, or any other additional charges.

  4. Promotional Periods:

    • All discounts are subject to specific promotional periods. Sassé Wellness & MedSpa reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at its discretion. The terms and conditions applicable during the promotional period will be clearly communicated.

  5. Gift Card Restrictions:

    • Gift cards issued by Sassé Wellness & MedSpa may not be used in conjunction with discounted services. Gift cards can be redeemed at the regular, non-discounted rates for eligible products or services.

  6. Redemption Limitations:

    • Discounts are limited to one per customer per transaction unless otherwise specified. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to a single transaction.

  7. Non-Transferable:

    • Discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are issued. They cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash.

  8. Void Where Prohibited:

    • Discounts are void where prohibited by law. Sassé Wellness & MedSpa reserves the right to refuse or cancel discounts at its discretion if it believes that they are being used in violation of these terms and conditions or in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.

  9. Modification of Terms:

    • Sassé Wellness & MedSpa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the terms and conditions of any discount program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on SpaSasse.com.

By availing of any discount offered by Sassé Wellness & MedSpa, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Sassé Wellness & MedSpa reserves the right to interpret, modify, or enforce these terms and conditions as it deems necessary for the proper functioning of its discount programs.

Sassé Wellness & MedSpa reserves the right to amend any appointments scheduled online.  The price for medical services may be different than what is listed on the appointment due to treatment goals.  If you have any questions regarding your service, please call or text at 503-228-8266.  Please be aware, we are no longer accepting cash as a form of payment when checking out.  Thank you!  

Treatments are always in progress at Spa Sassé. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check-in, fill out paperwork if you haven't already online, and unwind. Please silence your cell phones, and lower voices to ensure all guests have a quiet, relaxed spa environment.

 

When booking your appointment, notify our staff of:

  • Known allergies

  • Special health care needs/concerns

  • Mobility issues: If you have trouble using steps, we do have an elevator but need to be informed at arrival so we can lead you.

  • If pregnant please Advise how far along

  • Requested Spa Provider and/or treatment requests.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?  We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. Please call us and let us know if you will be late so we can better assist. As we have a busy schedule and other guests following your appointment, if you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding. 

Product & Service Returns/Exchanges:

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. In the unlikely event you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We accept returns for unopened and unused merchandise 7 days after purchase for exchange only, Sorry no refunds.

Treatments and procedures are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. We have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy that requires a credit card to reserve our time, to ensure optimal scheduling for our clients and being respectful to our staff. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy:

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges or penalties.

 

Cancellations, No-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service(s) scheduled. No-shows for complimentary or follow-up appointments will incur a $50 charge.

 

Any changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests, must be made by contacting our spa directly via online, phone, text, or email.
