To get the most out of your treatment, it is important to communicate! Please let us know if there are any specific treatment goals or needs any time before or during your massage.
Pregnancy: If you are receiving massage in your first trimester, please note for high-risk pregnancies only: it is recommended to have an approval note prepared from your doctor before you come in for your massage. When booking your massage or facial, please notify our staff of any areas of sensitivity, or if you’ve been sensitive to any particular smells or products while pregnant. We offer extra pillows, wedges and extra padding to make sure you are comfortable.
