Forever Clear BBL uses a unique three-step process

Step 1

Skin is first treated with BLUE BBL light to eliminate acne-causing

bacteria at its source, deep down in the pores.

Step 2

Skin is then treated with YELLOW BBL light to reduce the inflammation and

acne-associated redness to give you healthy, luminous skin.

Step 3

For added benefit, the skin is then treated with SkinTyte II™ using INFRA-RED light in rapid,

gentle pulses to initiate the body’s natural healing process.

For added benefit, follow your personalized plan including add-on and follow-up treatments,

as well as a skincare regimen to keep your skin lasting clear.

Is there downtime?

No downtime needed! Only thing required is that you stay out of the sun pre and post procedure for 4 weeks,

after the procedure you might have slight redness.

You are welcome to apply foundation right after if you need to.

What should I expect?

PRE -TREATMENT

Avoid sun exposure (apply sunscreen daily and do not tan at all –including self-tanner) for 4 to 6 weeks

before and after treatments.

Do not use any retinol products (or products containing tretinoin) or exfoliants on the area to be treated for one week.

Avoid Accutane (or isotretinoin products) for 6 months prior.

Let your technician know if you have a history of hyperpigmentation.
You must notify the technician if you have had any cosmetic tattooing on or near the area to be treated. Photosensitizing medications including doxycycline and minocycline should be discontinued three days prior to the treatment.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

Come to your appointment with a clean face-remove all makeup if area to be treated is the face.

POST-TREATMENT

You may have a mild sunburn(burning) sensation following the treatment, that is usually gone within a few hours.
Skin redness is normal and may last a few days.

There may be a slight amount of swelling.
Crusting or blistering is uncommon and not serious.
Pigmented areas may begin to flake after a few days.
Cold compresses may be useful for the first 24 hours.
Your skin will be fragile for 2-3 days. Use gentle cleansers, do not rub the skin and avoid hot water during this time.
Do not use your Clarisonic or a loofah for one week.
Do not use any retinoids, tretinoins, alpha or beta hydroxy products, vitamin C products, scrub, exfoliate, or have chemical peels performed on the areas treated for one week.
Makeup can be applied immediately on unbroken skin.
Avoid the sun and use sunblock.
Avoid excessive heat or friction to the treated area (heavy exercise, saunas).


Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any blistering or increase pain. Contact us if you are concerned about infection. If any pigment changes are bothersome or persist beyond 4 weeks.

Treatments are always in progress at Spa Sassé. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check-in, fill out paperwork if you haven't already online, and unwind. Please silence your cell phones, and lower voices to ensure all guests have a quiet, relaxed spa environment.

 

When booking your appointment, notify our staff of:

  • Known allergies

  • Special health care needs/concerns

  • Mobility issues: If you have trouble using steps, we do have an elevator but need to be informed at arrival so we can lead you.

  • If pregnant please Advise how far along

  • Requested Spa Provider and/or treatment requests.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?  We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. Please call us and let us know if you will be late so we can better assist. As we have a busy schedule and other guests following your appointment, if you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. We have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy that requires a credit card to reserve our time, to ensure optimal scheduling for our clients and being respectful to our staff. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy:

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges or penalties.

 

Cancellations, No-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service(s) scheduled. No-shows for complimentary or follow-up appointments will incur a $50 charge.

 

Any changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests, must be made by contacting our spa directly via online, phone, text, or email.
