Responsibilities:

🌸 Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the MedSpa.

  • Manage scheduling, staff rotations, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

💼 Staff Leadership:

  • Mentor a team of skilled spa professionals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

🌐 Client Relations:

  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience.

💰 Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage the MedSpa budget.

  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial targets.

  • Oversee inventory control and product ordering.

📈 Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

  • Implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a MedSpa or similar environment.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments and industry trends.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the spa industry.

Sassé Wellness & MedSpa reserves the right to amend any appointments scheduled online.  The price for medical services may be different than what is listed on the appointment due to treatment goals.  If you have any questions regarding your service, please call or text at 503-228-8266.  Please be aware, we are no longer accepting cash as a form of payment when checking out.  Thank you!  

Treatments are always in progress at Spa Sassé. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check-in, fill out paperwork if you haven't already online, and unwind. Please silence your cell phones, and lower voices to ensure all guests have a quiet, relaxed spa environment.

 

When booking your appointment, notify our staff of:

  • Known allergies

  • Special health care needs/concerns

  • Mobility issues: If you have trouble using steps, we do have an elevator but need to be informed at arrival so we can lead you.

  • If pregnant please Advise how far along

  • Requested Spa Provider and/or treatment requests.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?  We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. Please call us and let us know if you will be late so we can better assist. As we have a busy schedule and other guests following your appointment, if you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding. 

Product & Service Returns/Exchanges:

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. In the unlikely event you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We accept returns for unopened and unused merchandise 7 days after purchase for exchange only, Sorry no refunds.

Treatments and procedures are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. We have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy that requires a credit card to reserve our time, to ensure optimal scheduling for our clients and being respectful to our staff. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy:

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges or penalties.

 

Cancellations, No-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service(s) scheduled. No-shows for complimentary or follow-up appointments will incur a $50 charge.

 

Any changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests, must be made by contacting our spa directly via online, phone, text, or email.
